DOU Brew Room & Bakehouse Presents “Summer Fields” — A Seasonal Celebration of Fresh Flavours and Shared Dining
Chennai: DOU Brew Room & Bakehouse has introduced Summer Fields, a special seasonal menu that celebrates summer’s freshest ingredients, lighter textures, and bold seasonal flavours. The limited-period menu will be available from May 15 to May 31, 2026, across DOU’s Alwarpet and Nungambakkam outlets in Chennai.

Designed as a vibrant dining experience, Summer Fields reflects DOU’s focus on seasonality, creativity, and shared dining. The menu brings together fresh summer produce such as watermelon, figs, bay prawns, asparagus, mango, cucumber, celery, and wild mushrooms, transformed through modern European culinary techniques.
The menu is thoughtfully crafted for guests who enjoy exploring dishes together. It encourages diners to move between refreshing starters and indulgent mains while discovering a mix of textures, flavours, and seasonal combinations.
The experience begins with Cool Greens, a refreshing selection of salads and chilled soups. Highlights include Bay Prawn and Arugula Salad with mango carpaccio and caramelised walnuts, Smoked Chicken and Wild Mushroom Salad, and a chilled Cucumber and Celery Soup finished with strawberry gel and yoghurt foam.
The menu then moves into Entre, a collection of signature plates created for shared indulgence. Standout dishes include Pizza Prosciutto and Grilled Figs with goat cheese and balsamic honey, Spiced Beer Braised Tiger Prawn served on organic red rice, Confit Chicken Legs paired with couscous risotto, and Linguine Aglio e Olio prepared with homemade pasta, asparagus, and sundried tomato.
